So after agreeing to buy the large stone house in January 2023 we finally signed the papers today 19th October 2023.
The house is a shell with two floor of 94.4 square meters as total of 188.82 sm but no internal walls. Set on 1.7 Strema ( 1796 square meters)/ With 420 local vines and 6 olive trees.
The plan is to renovate and create a four double bed room with 3 bathrooms rental property with a pool and outside space. This will be an upside down property with the upper floor for the kitchen and living area taking advantage of both the amazing views and the cool breeze in the summer evenings.
Once completed this will be available as a rental on the usual retails sites Airbnb, booking.com etc.
Work commenced on 12th December 2023.
